Leaving unattended personal articles on the beach between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. is prohibited and subject to removal and disposal. This includes volleyball nets, tents, chairs, cabanas, sunshades, umbrellas, or any other personal items.
Any digging that presents a dangerous condition or is left unattended is prohibited.
Dogs are only allowed on the beach 6:00 p.m.-9:00 a.m. from May 15th to September 15. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES when off personal property. FECES MUST BE PICKED UP.
Disturbing the dune structure which includes playing, sliding, or climbing on the frontal dune is prohibited.
Any activity causing a threat to public safety is prohibited. Violations will be enforced by Town personnel. Please adhere to all lifeguard warnings and directions.
You are responsible for your trash removal and disposal.
Swimming is prohibited while red flags are being flown. RED WARNING FLAGS ARE POSTED EVERY HALF MILE ON THE BEACH WHEN IT IS UNSAFE OR ILLEGAL TO SWIM.
BEACH FIRES ARE PROHIBITED. It shall be unlawful for any person to start or set a fire of any kind on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Surfers must have surfboards leashed to their bodies.
