Quasi-judicial hearing will be held on January 9, 2024

1/8/2024 Update: Due to forecasted adverse weather conditions and the safety of our staff and citizens, the Tuesday, January 9, 2024, Southern Shores Town Council Meeting has been cancelled. The Quasi-judicial Hearing- SUP-23-01, a Special Use Permit application has been rescheduled to the next regular council meeting on February 6, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that a quasi-judicial hearing will be held by the Southern Shores Town Council in the Pitts Center located at 5377 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Southern Shores, NC on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.  The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.  The purpose of the quasi-judicial hearing (limited to sworn, factual testimony) is for the Town Council to consider SUP-23-01, a Special Use Permit application submitted by Cathleen M. Saunders, P.E. on behalf of Ginguite, LLC for a mixed use group development of commercial and residential buildings at 6195 N.
