Notice is hereby given that the Southern Shores Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting on December 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Pitts Center located at 5377 N. Virginia Dare Trl. The purpose of the Special Meeting is for the Board, performing the duties of the Southern Shores Board of Adjustment, to hold a Public Hearing to consider VA-22-01, a Variance application submitted by Timmons Group on behalf of Fire Service Real Estate, Inc. to seek relief from Town Code Section 36-171(1) at the property located at 28 E.
