Planning Board September 18, 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Southern Shores Planning Board will meet on September 18, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the Pitts Center located at 5377 N. Virginia Dare Trl. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider SUP-23-01, a Special Use Permit application submitted by Cathleen M. Saunders, P.E. on behalf of Ginguite, LLC for a mixed use group development of commercial and residential buildings at 6195 N. Croatan Hwy.
