Southern Shores Planning Board Special Meeting-November 1, 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Southern Shores Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting on November 1, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Pitts Center located at 5377 N. Virginia Dare Trl. The purpose of the Special Meeting is for the Board, performing the duties of the Southern Shores Board of Adjustment, to hold a Public Hearing to consider APA-23-01, an appeal application submitted by Ann Sjoerdsma to appeal an administrative decision to issue a Zoning Permit and Building/Floodplain Development Permit for the property located at 172 Ocean Blvd. For additional information or questions, please contact Town Hall at (252) 261-2394 or email whaskett@southernshores-nc.gov.
