Historic Landmarks Commission will hold an evidentiary hearing on March 26, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Southern Shores Historic Landmarks Commission will hold an evidentiary hearing on March 26, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Pitts Center located at 5377 N. Virginia Dare Trl. The purpose of the hearing is to consider COA-24-01, an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness submitted by Clayton Small to replace garage windows, garage doors, and siding shingles at 116 Ocean Blvd. The application and materials are available for public inspection at 5375 N. Virginia Dare Trl., Southern Shores, NC 27949 and on the Town website at www.southernshores-nc.gov.
