Starting Base Salary - $56,724 + ($9000) * = $65,725 (may be higher based on education and experience)
Additional Supplement- $9000. (can be added to your salary and/or 401K and/or Additional family medical/life insurance *
2.5% - Associate’s Degree, 5%- Bachelor’s Degree on completion of probation, 5% contribution by Town to your 401K, 100% paid employee Health, Vision, Dental, Life ins. also provided; Paid vacation, sick and holidays, updated career plan, 5% each step.
