A Pre-bid Conference will be held on April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Council Chambers of the Pitts Center Building, located at 5375 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Southern Shores, North Carolina 27949. 

**Please see Addendum 1 for the Southern Shores Street Improvement Project #25 Pave. This will replace the Pavement Typical Sections on page 33 of the Southern_Shores_Project_Manual_25PAVE.
