Public Hearing Tuesday, February 2, 2021, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Pitts Center
located at 5377 N. Virginia Dare Trail, Southern Shores, on Tuesday, February 2,
2021, beginning at 5:30 p.m., for the purpose of receiving input from citizens
wishing to comment on TCA-21-01, a Town Code Amendment application
submitted by the Town of Southern Shores to amend the Southern Shores Town
Code by amending Section 17-1, Commission Established; Membership; Terms.
Comments can also be emailed to the Town Clerk at skane@southernshoresnc.gov prior to the Public Hearing. The Draft Town Code Amendment and
