How to register and where to vote?
Forms for voter registration changes or new registrations are available at Town Hall and libraries They can be mailed to the Board of Elections, P.O. Box 1000, Manteo, NC 27954 or you may register when you get a new driver's license. Also, registration changes and services are available at the Board of Elections Office at 954 Marshall C. Collins Dr. 252-475-5630 in Manteo. Polling place, Town Hall, Pitt Center, Southern Shores.
