Neighbors Helping a Neighbor A group of Southern Shores residents worked last week to give their neighbor Ann Marie Parlette's yard a big Fall clean-up. They mowed, raked, pruned shrubs and limbed up trees. They even swept debris off of her roof and bleached her driveway. Ann Marie lives on East Dogwood Trail. She has been a resident of the Outer Banks for fifty years and is the former publishing editor of Surfside News.
