PLANNING ADVISORY GROUP
The Planning Advisory Group (PAG) group will advise & assist in carrying out planning and budgeting activities for the town. Members are Nancy Wendt, Sam Williams, Mike Florez, Bill Gleason, Bob Palombo. Meetings schedule will be;
1st Monday of every month - Pitts Center 7pm to 9pm Planning Board sponsored public workshops (topics/agenda's to be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the date of the workshop) The goal of these workshops is to inform the community and to solicit input from stakeholders regarding Planning Board findings and proposed recommendations prior to Town Council action.
3rd Monday of every month - Pitts Center 9pm to 10pm (or immediately after Workshop for the month adjourns). Planning Board meets to plan, coordinate and review the work of the PAG committees/ projects and to prepare recommendations for the Town Council regarding this work.
NOTE - if no workshop is scheduled, this meeting will begin at 7pm instead of 9pm. If the first Monday fall on a holiday the PAG will meet on the first Tuesday, 3pm to 5pm.
