Chicahauk Property Owners Association

Chicahauk Property Owners Association (CPOA) manages several recreation sites within the subdivision, all of whose residents must join and support the Association. For more information go to their website at CPOA.

It has funded a number of general improvements including the sidewalk on the east side of Trinitie Trail, the tennis courts on Trinitie, and the park area on Poteskeet Trail. Its Architectural Review Board  reviews and approves designs of proposed new homes and enforces certain covenants that impose design requirements.

Guest Passes parking are offered by the C.P.O.A. As with the C.P.O.A. membership sticker, these passes are only good for parking on C.P.O.A. property. As the pass itself states, Good ONLY for parking in the Chicahauk lot on Chicahauk Trail at (across) Spindrift Trail. Not Valid for Parking in SSCA parking lots or on any streets in Southern Shores. (or Town Parking Lot on Chicahauk Trail/corner Spindrift Trail.
