Pat Forrester, Permit Officer Pat Forrester is the Permit Officer who manages the day to day office, administration, issuing some permits directly. She maintains databases and permit files, schedules appointments for the inspectors, assists citizens researching property information and flood insurance requirements and GIS mapping. She is also the NFIP Community Rating System Coordinator, a CAMA Local Permit Officer for Minor CAMA permits and does some Town Zoning Ordinance enforcement. He provides code enforcement for building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, zoning, fire and flood prevention. He reviews permit applications, single family site and building plan reviews and performs field inspections. |
