Administration Department

Town Manager

Peter Rascoe reports to the Town Council. The Town's Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for directing all day to day operational and administrative activities of the Town. manager@southernshores-nc.gov

Bonnie Swain

Finance & Personnel Officer

Bonnie Swain serves as the Town's finance & human resources director responsible for all financial records, reconciliation of accounts, payroll services, and personnel issues.

Carrie Gordin

Town Clerk

Carrie Gordin maintains the official documents of the Town. She provides administrative support for the Town Cemetery. Contact Carrie for any public records.

Administrative Specialist

Sheila Kane assists the Finance officer, Town Clerk and Town Manager. She is in charge of the Town's computer system. skane@southernshores-nc.gov
