Administration Department

Town Manager, Peter Rascoe reports to the Town Council. The Town's Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for directing all day to day operational and administrative activities of the Town. prascoe@southernshores-nc.gov

Administrative Specialist

Sheila Kane assists the Finance officer, Town Clerk and Town Manager. She is in charge or the Town's computer system. skane@southernshores-nc.gov

Bonnie Swain Finance & Personnel Officer

Bonnie Swain serves as the Town's finance & human resources director responsible for all financial records, reconciliation of accounts, tax collection, payroll services, and personnel issues.

Carrie Gordin

Town Clerk

Carrie Gordin maintains the official documents of the Town. She provides administrative support for the Town Cemetery. Contact Carrie for any public records.

Merrie Smith

Administrative Assistant

Merrie Smith serves as support to the Town's, Public Works, Inspection and Planning Department. She maintains our broadcast e-mail, web site, and data bases, coordinates volunteers and manages the solid waste and recycling programs.
